Data Scientist – AI ML Team

The Role:

  • Work as part of Clari5.ai team in defining, prototyping and implementing data science models/algorithms as part of the product.

Your Skills:

  • Must have 3 – 8 years of experience working on model building.
  • Solid understanding of the mathematics related to data science – probability, statistics, linear algebra etc.
  • Ability to understand business concerns and formulate them as technical problems that can be solved using data and math / stats / ML.
  • Experience working as part of a product team, along with engineers and product managers, to define the problem and execute the data science solution.
  • Must have built 2-3 end to end ML projects in the past.
  • Knowledge of R or Python is a must.
  • Strong hands on experience in working with SQL databases.
  • Experience working with large data sets, coming from varied sources, is a plus
  • Conceptual understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop / HDFS / Spark) is a plus.

Implementation Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager who can lead, manage and execute enterprise scale application implementation projects for our clients, who are leading Banks, in India and across other geographies. The Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for successful and on time delivery of the solution – quality and consistency is a must!

The Project Manager will work with our team and the client team to execute the project and shall be supported by a strong project team of developers, implementation engineers and QA analysts. Applicants are required to have a very good knowledge of Database (Oracle/ MS SQL) and Core Banking application, and a strong background in project planning, management and documentation.

The Role:

  • CustomerXPs is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst capable of managing our ever-growing IT client’s infrastructure and service delivery by recommending solutions and developing best practices associated with it. This role will be primarily focused on validating & verifying services solutions (client selections, client deployments) and managing our enterprise IT systems with a specific emphasis on resolving escalated IT support issues (routine and non-routine) and documentation.   • Experience in diagnosing and solving problems in complex computer systems and understand the IT infra architecture.
  • Knowledge of systems and operations to find and fix problems in large computer networks, such as network communications errors, security related issues, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms.
  • Provide the plan to the IT team or work with them to implement the necessary upgrades, patches or troubleshooting to solve the problem.
  • Document the changes and follow all change management procedures.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure Architect to ensure the plan is in accordance with security procedures.

The Role:

  • Good exposure and understanding of market dynamics of BFSI technology with the focus on the Banking industry in the Middle East.
  • Having experience in connecting with CXO level stakeholders in the banking domain and knows major CBS players present in the region.
  • Should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Primary responsibility is business development for the Middle East market. A highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work across Middle East geographies and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Create revenue strategies, account plans and business processes for dedicated account management.
  • Work closely with our partners/clients across the respective territories to deliver on revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry ecosystem, technology players (such as Microsoft) and customer verticals.
  • Advise and influence the customer, especially within the development of business needs, decision criteria, and creation of an ROI framework, through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing/sales campaigns.
  • Execute high-quality one-on-one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with customer IT business leaders to influence the corporate strategy regarding the use of IT solutions.
  • Continuously develop accounts to ensure repeat business, combined with a proactive focus on developing new business opportunities.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Utilize a structured approach for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new business initiatives.
  • Proactively prospect in the territory to create opportunities & interact with top management level. Map out key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document an appropriate sales strategy.
  • Develop an understanding of political relationships and their impact on buying behaviours within the account in order to determine appropriate sales approach for each level within the organization.
  • This position is based out of India.

Your Skills:

  • 5 + years of Business Development experience in Global IT and Banking / BFSI handling end to end sales.
  • Preferred software solution sales based experience.
  • Ability to learn in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market place.
  • Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • Exceptionally superior communication and presentation skills in all forms.

Your Education / Qualification:

  • B.Tech/BE and/or MBA.

Software Quality Engineer

The Role:

  • Will serve as a key technical resource in the full product development cycle from conception, design, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Interact with Business Analysts in understanding business rules and validate the same during testing.
  • Exposure to planning & execution of enterprise product testing,
  • Own all test-related deliverables of the product.
  • Test and Certify highly scalable and high-performance systems that we build.
  • Ensure test performance and security aspects of the product.
  • Owning the delivery of an entire piece of the product.
  • Work in an agile environment with teams of smart and highly motivated individuals.
  • Though the current position can be based out of anywhere in India, the base location is Bangalore and should be open to relocation to Bangalore in the future.

Your Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in testing.
  • Experience in Enterprise Product testing will be an added advantage,
  • Should have worked in Testing scalable and robust web platforms.
  • Ability to set up and deploy test environments.
  • Work closely with different groups to resolve issues, ensure thorough testing from a business perspective, understand support issues, release high-quality products to production, etc
  • Work on Agile QA methodologies.
  • Practical experience with software engineering best-practices.

Your Education / Qualification:

  • BE / BTech, BS,MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
