About the Role:
Clari5 is building an advanced AML suite designed to redefine transaction intelligence and regulatory compliance. As the Product Manager for Transaction Monitoring (TM), you will shape our next-generation TM product, ensuring global compliance and superior detection outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the transaction monitoring module covering detection, alerting, and analytics.
- Define and manage TM scenarios, typologies, and risk models aligned to FATF, FIU, RBI, and MAS guidelines.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams for scenario tuning and model optimization.
- Develop analytics frameworks for alerts, investigator performance, and regulatory insights.
- Align TM roadmap with broader AML strategy.
- Ensure interoperability across KYC/CDD, Case Management, and Reporting modules.
- Support pre-sales, demos, and client onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor products.
Preferred Experience / Expertise:
- 8-12 years in AML or Financial Crime Technology with TM focus.
- Deep understanding of AML detection frameworks and risk-based monitoring.
- Experience with leading AML tools (Actimize, Oracle FCCM, SAS AML, Clari5).
- Analytical skills with SQL, data modeling, and BI/reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CAMS or equivalent AML certification preferred.
