Role Overview:
We are looking for a self-driven Product Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of our EFRM and AI/ML-powered fraud detection solutions. You will independently engage with CXOs, Heads of Fraud Risk, and IT leaders at banks and insurance companies. This role requires someone with a proven track record of consultative client engagement, solution positioning, and GTM execution in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own product vision and roadmap; prioritize features based on client needs and business impact
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and differentiation
- Track industry trends in fraud detection, AML, AI/ML risk analytics, and regulatory changes
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Lead independent meetings with senior business and IT stakeholders at banks and insurers
- Conduct consultative engagements to uncover strategic priorities and position solutions accordingly
Solution Positioning & Demos
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to business and technical audiences
- Articulate product value, competitive differentiators, and ROI to drive deal progression
GTM & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales and pre-sales on GTM strategy, RFP responses, and competitive positioning
- Work with engineering to translate market needs into product specifications and releases
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years in Product Management with B2B enterprise software for BFSI
- Proven track record of independent CXO-level presentations and client negotiations
- Domain expertise in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML, or financial crime
- Hands-on experience with banks, NBFCs, insurers, or fintechs
- Experience with AI/ML-based products or analytics-driven solutions
- Strong GTM execution experience with engineering and pre-sales teams
Preferred:
- Familiarity with EFRM platforms (NICE Actimize, SAS, FICO, Oracle FCCM)
- Understanding of ML models, rule engines, real-time decisioning, and case management
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, FIU-IND, IRDAI)
