About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in backend software development using Java 8 and above.

• Strong command of Java and Spring Framework.

• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and SQL.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and CI/CD pipelines.

This is a client-facing, cross-functional leadership role requiring strong technical design skills, deep domain understanding, and a collaborative mindset.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture across engagements, aligning business goals with technology strategies. You’ll drive the technical vision and be instrumental in guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of highly scalable and performance-sensitive enterprise applications using Java and Spring frameworks.

• Design non-trivial systems that are secure, robust, and aligned with modern software design principles.
