Associate Product Manager – EFRM

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our EFRM product team. You will work alongside senior product managers to support client engagements, contribute to product strategy, and collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams. This role is ideal for someone with BFSI exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ambition to grow into a full Product Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Support

• Assist in defining product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Track trends in fraud detection, AML, and AI/ML-based risk solutions

Client Engagement

• Participate in client meetings alongside senior PMs to understand requirements
• Document client feedback and translate into actionable product insights

Solution & GTM Support

• Support preparation of presentations, demos, and sales collateral
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and competitive positioning materials
• Coordinate with engineering on requirement documentation and UAT

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2–4 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Pre-Sales in BFSI
• Exposure to banks, NBFCs, insurers, or fintechs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Interest in AI/ML and data-driven products

Preferred:

• Understanding of fraud detection, transaction monitoring, or AML concepts
• Familiarity with EFRM or risk management platforms
• Basic understanding of APIs, data analytics, or ML concepts

Experience:

• 2–4 years

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech
